All 29ER. All Commencal. Different prices (5799 euro, 5499 euro, 3999 euro (Commencal testbike) and slightly different specs.

Frame size would be XL as I'm 1m91. Living in Belgium so not many bike parks. Lots of woods and fields. Would use for XC, trails, single tracks.
Currently riding a Giant Fathom E+3 Power 29er hardtail with strong Giant/Yamaha motor with upgraded front fork and dropper post.

What should I go for?

You mean:
- 5799 = Team 2020
- 4499 = Ride 2020
- 3999 = Race 2019 (demo-bike)

The Essential 2020 costs 5499 euro but is available from about february 2020. So you'll have to wait if you choose to buy that.

All bikes are great and all of them will make you smile. The big difference is that the 2 more expensive ones (Team and Essential) are with integrated battery. For me, I don't want an external battery and I didn't wanted to wait untill february (probably march) to receive my bike. That made me buy the Team 2020.

How long a stem are you happy running for your use? The XL 2019 is 480mm reach, close to the 475mm reach of the size L 2020 Team and Essential. The 2020 Ride is the same 480mm reach in XL. The XL 2020 Team and Essential are 500mm reach.

I ride a 2020 Team size L. I'm 185cm tall.

For XC, Trail and singletrack, the Team may be overkill but there aren't many drawbacks. It is built up as an enduro-capable bike. I spent my ride today on the same trails I raced a championship enduro event earlier in the year. The bike was in its element. These are rowdy, twisty, steep singletrack trails (Innerleithen golfie). The eBike was in no way holding me back from riding exactly how I'd ride on my race-prepped analog enduro bike. Times were comparable too.

There's not a lot given away by dropping to the Essential but component by component everything is taken down a notch. e.g. Kindshock Rage-i 150mm vs Kindshock Lev integra 175mm; Shimano/e-Thirteen wheels vs DT Swiss H1700.

Decide on the basis of whether you want a red fork.

In your case I'd go for the XL 2020 Meta Power. I'm 1m92 and I love the long reach of 500 mm compared to 466 mm reach on my analogue Meta AM, don't go for the older models with shorter reach considering your height. As for the people who say they don't like the internal battery because it's 'difficult' to detach - it can be detached in 5 sec, with a 4 mm allen key.
