IMO yes.
They're pretty long bikes
I'm 5'11" and on a Medium with a shorter 30mm stem (and even that is pretty long)

Agree it would probably be too big I'm afraid. My girlfriend is 5'11" and although a good fit it's slightly on the large side.

Virus recommends 5'10-6'2 for the large frame
