2019 Turbo Levo Tool/Tube Storage Options

Hi all. I would love to ditch my camelbak and whilst looking at options I came across the specialized mtb xc box. At first glance it doesn't look like it wouldn't fit on the frame. Can anyone confirm this either way? Or can suggest other options for a tube and basic tool storage? This one would tick all boxes for me as I'm not keen on saddle bags and would be happy with just a bottle of water.
