Hi All,
Came out this morning to unplug the Kenevo and realized the plug side of the charger was unattached to body of the charger. Battery was not charged, of course, so I unplugged everything, reassembled it and the bike isn't taking a charge. No red indicator light on charger, and no blinking green lights on battery, and I've checked various plugs that I know are working. the bike/battery turns on and I checked the specialized app showing that the remaining charge from the last ride hasn't increased, but the battery is healthy. Pretty sure it's a charger issue, but I've had the bike less than two months and charged it less than 10 times so far...
Any suggestions?
