Anyone try the fox factory 36 160 mm travel? Looking to increase travel slightly and comfort level. Any negatives with the longer stroke? Too slack?
Thanks for any suggestions.

I doubt 10mm would change anything too drastic. Although I didn’t like it on my Levo as it felt a little vague in the front. Just my opinion though. The 36 is a great fork.

What didn't you like on your Levo? I find the Revelation gives a very harsh ride. I also had a Pike that felt similar. I installed a Fox 36 on my Enduro last year and found it to be so much more compliant.

I went maxxis dhf on front as well. Front end used to break loose
quite a bit now its like velcro. Rekon on back.

I bought a 2022 Comp Carbon with a Fox Rhythm 34. The small bump compliance entering fast turns was nonexistent. Just about rattled my hands off the bars. I tried to dial it in with no success. I even put a 2.6 tire on it still sucked. So I got a Fox 36 Float.

The fork works awesome once you get it dialed. One problem, it works so good that it brings out the short comings of the shock. I think it's a evil plan by Fox to drain my wallet.

It made a difference for sure. It was already a nice bike, now it's a Cadillac! FYI I saw a couple of used 36s on Pros Closet.
