2017 Specialized Levo Software Update

I’m new to the embt scene and I got a 2017 second hand with the new motor and battery in July last year. I have noticed that it doesn’t appear to be reaching the 25km/h limit at all. More like 18-20km/h, and you can feel the motor coming on and off at that speed.
I was going to take it to the local Spec dealer and get the motor and battery software updated, and also check the rolling diameter of the wheels. I saw a lot of people don’t like the software updates in the past.
Can anyone provide some comment / advice on this. Here are the details of what I currently have. Thanks

For 27.5" you should have set 2255mm circuit in Mission Control.

Mine is 2299, but I’m sure my new tyres have a smaller rolling diameter when I tested them (like 2200)
