Newb using Mission Control - map problem

Everything is working except i only get the map of the world when i'm done. If i pull apart and zoom in, the ridden route is there. Nobody at the lbs knows why or how to fix it. Ideas, please!

Something not quite right there.
When I turn on my mission control app it zooms right to where I am, so I can see the road name that I'm in.

Quick suggestions;

1) Quit out and close the App completely before reopening.
2) Check for App updates and install as required.
3) Check App settings to see if there are any specific options Regards the map.
4) Restart your phone.
5) Delete and then reinstall the App remembering that you will need to de-sync before deletion and then re-sync after redownloading the App with your bike.

you say you get it when you’re done - maybe your Levo just wants to tell you, that it isn’t done yet ^^

Do you get this when you start up, too?

Also, the “locate me” icon on the top right corner is missing - so i guess the gps stops working (or the gps connection from phone to app)

What type of smartphone do you have? Any special gps or security or energy-saving settings?
