I am looking to upgrade my 23' Specialized Levo SL 1.2 crankset to the Sram DUB Carbon crankarms, as are offered stock on the Sworks bike. Anyone have access to the part/ part number? I wonder of these are the same crank arms as the analog bike , minus the spindle, or if the e-bike version has a...
So, is there any truth to the idea that the 1.2 motor fits the existing 1.1 motor frame mounts (i.e. Levo SL, Kenevo SL and Creo SL) if the wiring harness and MCU are compatible, the only other obvious other part swap would require the Sram DUB crank (as opposed to the ISIS crank interface on...
I too found the S3 to be a bit twitchy with the stock 65.5 headset. I installed the -1 deg/64.5 headset and viola! The bike tracks like its on rails, twitch steering gone and no wheel flop. Everyone should do this swap first thing. The bike now seems near perfect to me, I just wish I could find...
I am also interested in 165mm carbon crankarms. Are we sure the listed part no's are for the current SL2 and Sram DUB interface? Anybody found a source to purchase these ?
I had similar initial range results. I did short ride today, primary battery only. I weigh about 180# w/kit and pack. I rode in the factory setting /trail mode over a mix of gravel, old tarmac and technical singletrack with several punchy , short switchback climbs. I rode 1 hr. , 10.5 mi. with...
Some of us Comp owners would like to upgrade the Levo SL gen2 Comp crankset to carbon at some point. I wonder, now w/ the new motor and DUB spline interface if the e-crank has a special offset or if the analog Sram DUB version would work - Sram X1 Carbon DUB).
The Gen 1 Levo SL used a Praxis...
Got a chance to weight the stock 2023 Levo SL Comp, size S3. It weights 40.88 pounds out of the box, without pedals. A bit more than I was expecting. With a judicious upgrade of the wheelset, tubeless, etc. I have it now at a comfortable
37.9 lbs. or 17.2kg. (sub 18 kg, as they say). very pleased.
I picked up my Levo SL II Comp today, size S3. Riding it back-to-back w/ my 20' Levo SL, I can attest that the s1.2 motor is indeed noticeably more quiet than the S1.1 motor. gone is the mechanical whine at high cadence, I would put the new motor, sound wise on par w/ the Levo Brose 2.2. motor...
Just received a notice from my dealer that the 23' Levo SL is now in stock for me to pick up today. Confirming the Dioppolo Sand colorway (fancy Italian name for matte black carbon I guess). No Salmon for me. Ill post a ride report later today. Impressive that the Comp lists at $7999 USD...
