Why "RebornRider"? I rode bikes from early kid-hood until I got my driver's license at age 16. Many decades passed with no riding. I began long distance running in my early 30s, culminating in my only marathon a few years ago.

After 30 years of running, my knees decided I should switch to biking. I learned that technical trail riding is a ton of fun. My skill level is barely intermediate and I have some new scars from getting in over my head, but it's massive fun nonetheless. Eventually I'll figure out how to ride tight, steep, loose dirt switchbacks.

After a 50 year break, I'm a reborn rider!
