I just used a washer, no problems since.

Remove cranks, disassemble pedals and chainring, clean and grease all threads, reassemble to correct torque. If you haven't checked already, try the pedals first as they're simplest to remove and inspect.

Did the update this morning on my 2019 Levo and went out for a big test loop, the power delivery feels really smooth and the walk assist worked perfectly. No complaints here, top work @Specialized Rider Care ?

I’d just tipped over 6500km when the motor died on my 19’ Levo in June this year. The new motor has been faultless since, and much quieter too. I ride 15/100 Eco, 30/100 Trail and 50/100 Turbo. Most rides are a mixture of Eco/Trail split approx 60/40%. I only ever use Turbo on the steepest tech...

The original version was 20psi max, the newer one is 60psi recommended and 100psi max. Fork Juice or similar silicon spray lube helps keep a Command Post smooth in my experience.

Have you tried contacting Specialized Rider Care in the UK?

If you have a RockShox shock on there already, I believe the current top mount will work fine with the DPX2, just swap it over. The lower mount is the flip-chip you already have on your Levo.

Looks like it’s a 2020 motor, either 3rd July or 7th March 2020. I’m not sure which way around it works with the serial number.
