I have my second Bell Super Air R. My first one saved my life. Super bad crash, 5 weeks in 3 hospitals a year and 1/2 ago The Bell Spherical feature is what made the difference. I wont ride with anything else

I don't have any recommendation for the cassette, but I'd suggest changing your chainring to get a few more teeth. It'll give your more speed and you'll use more gears on the cassette
