I also had this issue on my 2023 Trance E+ Elite today. It did it 3-4 times early in the ride in a space of about 10 minutes then was fine after that. I have just done a software update so hopefully that fixes it but who knows.

I would also recommend putting a small amount of dielectric grease on the contacts on the bike (which plug into the battery). Don't go crazy, just a light smear. I have done this from day one and no issues. I'd also recommend checking all the rear suspension linkage bolts are tight after 100km...

210mm Oneup dropper installed. Much better. Can now slam the seat all the way down to the seatpost collar and still have a bit of extra height in full extension. Perfect. Would highly recommend for longer legged riders. Only $289NZD from T7 too. Fingers crossed it's reliable.

I tried installing the RideDash EVO but so far have not got it to work (I have the same bike as you). I have seen it working on the exact same bike but on a Facebook thread. So I assume it must be possible but maybe a dealer thing to get it working. Ridedash EVO on a 2022 Giant Trance/Reign...

This is just the change my bike needs (size L), 170mm too short for my legs. Do you know which store has a 210mm/30.9mm available as all the places I have looked seem to be out of stock of that dropper? Cheers
