Agree with Gary - it's all about long chainstays. The Trek firefly 9 has had it's extended and climbs like a demon! but in my opinion the over all package is a fraction behind the Levo. Technique and knowing how your Levo handles will also help a little. but lenght is king!!

Hi All I'll probably answer my own question here!! but here goes. I have a Thule tow hitch bike rack with a carrying capacity of 44kg perfect for my non-ebike's in a previous life. i thought it would be sufice to carry my levo - however the width is nowwhere near wide enough to sit the tyres...

Thanks for the reply’s guys - I have been told by the shop that my 2017 motor will except the genuine remote switch - I plan to get one and retro fit it myself - anyone done this? Also I guess I just order the reomote from my local spesh shop but they want £72!!!

Hi Guys Really excited i finally got my e bike pick it up tomorrow - Its new but a 2018 model, i have the control on the side, nothing on the cross bar or handle bars - just wanted to know system you use so as you have the ability to change modes on the handlebars?

i know what you mean Julio - the bosh is a lot more agressive when it starts to restrict the speed, I didnt feel it so much on the brose. I did get up to 34 mph downhill on the trek today , i guess this was due to momentum. i will be taking it out on a tarmac run tomorrow to see if it does...
