Probably the cable between the battery and motor. Mine had to be changed a few months ago and the bike is currently at my lbs again for (I think) the same issue.
The first time the cut grew up each time (30 sec, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 30 minutes...) but this time it just stopped. And it was not...
After a 3rd battery change and a new motor cable, I lost the power (again) after just a few rides. I tried to clean everything, tried the aluminium foil trick with no success.
The thumb switches do not do anything and I have no power from the motor. The battery leds respond normally.
I've had...
That's the kind of infos I was looking for but unless you provide more details and pictures, you're just showing off. Where is the cable going when not used ? You're not letting it hang on a 5K$ bike, are you ?
Maybe it will helps someone so I'll show you what I finally did :
I bought a cheap Anker powercore (14 € on amazon), put an old tube (26' I think) around so it doesn't slip (fit nice and tight) and made 2 cuts to put straps on it.

Thanks, I'll give it a shoot but the direction command is specifically what I try to avoid. I used a Garmin and It often gives you the direction too late or doesn't even bother when you expect it.
I really love having the map with the track displayed at all time so I can see the direction at a...
Hi, I'd like to use my iPhone as a gps with a gpx reader but I'm a bit short on battery with screen always on and high luminosity.
Did someone come up with an elegant solution for an additional power bank ?
Thanks,
Hi everyone, I have a bad cracking noise that may come from the motor screws. (Bike is a 2018 Turbo levo fsr comp)
Looks like I need some adaptor to remove the chainring and maybe an extractor ? Could someone link me a webshop (in europe) that sells those tools so I know precisely what I need ...
Hi,
My 2018 Turbo Levo has been stored for 3 weeks with around 50% charge. When I wanted to refill, the battery would stop charging (no led) and when turned on, the first 3 leds were red, flashing and beeping. (even when not connected to the motor)
I tried a few times with same results...
It’s very easy to do. You have to take one crank off to access the motor then just plug the new one.
I bought a replacement at my LBS but for some reason, specialized seems reluctant to sell that part. I paid full price but still had to supply the broken one, serial number of the bike etc...
Thanks for the answers. I finally ordered a magicshine light. I read good things about it and it was in my price range.
I won’t have the cool robot look though... ?
