Still no update on updating SL firmwares? Everytime I've been to LBS to get mine done they have had issues with the software and not been able to do it. Mines still on the original firmware from last March......

Yup and yup again. Only part is the steps for me on the SL its a little to much.

Drying off with an airline is a big no no, All you are doing is pushing water into and past seals. If you need to dry, use a car drying towel. I'd take off the plugs inspect and dry any that are wet.

That frameset price is insane, Better to get a Carbon Comp and sell the parts you dont want - its the same frame at the end of the day.

I found the Butchers to feel like that even the 2.6 - really doesn't give me confidence. I'm swapping to Assagai's f+r to hopefully stop the feel.

There are 2 versions. The SL came with the multiple gear change versions. the full fat one came with single gear shift.

if you connect with the app it will tell you what version your on and whats the latest now.

What wheels? I'm not really sure I'd trust random Carbon bars personally. The Nukeproof horizon ones are amazing value for money.

I think this is what alot find, the SL is playful, the FF is a tank - point and plow.

I have one that I think is that from time to time, its actually the top shock bolt. Clean and grease it.

More to do with the motor, the e8000 unit is alot smaller than the brose so I understand.
