Like it or not but Ride60 motor was (when released) an unfished or at least unrefined system. The remote was not functioning properly, the 5 diods indicator is basic and the motor faced quite some technical bugs (hardware and software). Hopefully the latest firmware updates are addressing...

SL2 is def more all mountain than trail, did you try it? But yes heckler SL leans a bit more toward enduro territory because of VPP, longer chainstay and being 1.4kg heavier (comp vs R models).

What about the elephant in the room: F60 reliability issues. This is a young, less mature system so it is more subjected to engineering issues, but I have heard sooo many stories about motor bugs, this is alarming. Some of my Santa dealers simply refused to order the heckler SL because of that...

While the former gen SL got dislike because of weak power (by some), I start to feel this new gen will be because of weak range. This is sad cause aside from unchanged small battery this bike is very appealing! A 400wh battery would have hit the sweet spot!

I did not, can you tell us how boost mode functions now. Can you use it continuously (while keep pushing on the button)?

On paper this motor is promising, though not as discrete as TQ, Fazua and SL. The extender though... Too bulky, overall shape is poorly designed. Integration was not a priority it seems.

Nobody got his hands on a Pro model? I would like to see it in “real picture”. To me clearly the sexiest of the range!

Sorry mate but both Trek's TQ and Fazua Ride 60 are way too fresh to determine how superior they are to SL1.1 motor. They have some advantages for sure on paper at least. But it is still too early to discard the Spe/Mahle motor especially if you did not ride them 3 extensively... For the rest...
