I just want to mention that I've received the best customer service from Crestline. I wouldn't have any concerns with Crestline's support. Also think they have the best riding bikes around.
I've owned 5 bikes with Shimano motors and every single one of them rattled along with all of my Bosch bikes. The only full powered motor that does not rattle is the Brose. The Shimano and Bosch motors are much more quiet that the Brose climbing though.
Nice! I used to ride the Pleasanton Ridge daily for years and got chased by the ranger helicopter many times, lol. He actually landed once next to me but I didn't see him in time and rode off.
I've had my Crestline 50/75 (1,500 miles) and 75/50 (1,800 miles) for 8 months now and plan on purchasing a 3rd when the new batch comes out. I plan to keep all 3 for the next year. Best bikes I have owned hands down! Best customer service ever!
