Since the beginning I found the weight of the battery terrible on my bike. Coming from a Full-E to a Trance-E I have seen the huge weight...
I don't think that the BMS is interchangeable between 500 and 625Wh because they don't have same amount of cells inside.
Did you ask a Giant shop if they can send it to their service center for repair ? They do it for motors why not for batteries too ?
Hi, there is a company in France who repairs batteries (Vente et réparation de batterie de vélo électrique) but I don't know if they can do anything on our batteries. Maybe you can ask them ?
So far I don't remember someone who opened the battery to check what is inside...
Hi, this one is the direct mount hanger. It is specific for 11 speed shimano derailleur. If you have a 12 speed derailleur then it is the standard hanger that you need. Something like that :

Hi, as far as I remember I used one of the first releases of the app on my old '17 Full-E. With it I was just able to check battery health and nothing more.
The app was clearly not designed for this generation of bike so nothing to expect from it...
I bought one for my old full-e at my Giant lbs. It was an official Giant part with the Giant sticker just stuck above a yamaha p/n sticker. The price was more expensive than the original yamaha part but a magnet (useless for me) was provided with it.

On Giant website it is written that 500Wh Energypak are made of 40 cells type 18650. Those cells must be 3400mAh because if we do the calculation : 3.6V x 3400mAh x 40 = 489Wh. To get the 625Wh battery Giant added 10 cells to its energypak (3.6V x 3400mAh x 50 = 612Wh). I read somewhere that to...

Did you upgrade your RideControl One remote on your 2019' Trance ? If not then the RideControl Plus won't connect on your bike. (you can see if the ANT+ logo is written or not on it, only MY20 RideControl One is ANT+)
