    Really! I was going to take the bikes back to Chris at Berkshire but it's a 9 hour round trip and the update was playing up so he said hang on with it, so am i right in thinking this update can now be done by updating the app from the play store? What does it improve as our bikes are working...

    We have two 2019 Levo's bought from Chris at Berkshire but I live in York and it's a long trip to get the update, am I ok just leaving them without doing the update as they are working perfectly at the moment and I am thinking why risk it as I just know if I update the app the bikes will develop...

    I agree but from feedback on here it's clear this software update isn't right, why wasn't this tested properly as I could have made the 8 hour round trip to get our two bikes done only to find problems when I got home, and that is a drive I do not enjoy it is a long way :)

    I decided not to make the 470 mile round trip to Berkshire Cycles to get this update on our two Levo's as I need to know the update works perfectly as there is no way I will be driving 8 hours twice for something that isn't quite right yet!     What is bothering me is that I am driving a 470 mile round trip to get our two Levo's the software upgrade tomorrow, we got them from Berkshire Cycles who we all know are simply spot on and I trust them totally and would rather Chris did this for us, I just hope that we don't get this blue/red...
