I have the H10 Damn good bike!!! Super value!!!!

Is this something I can use a MacBook with along with Parallels? (Winders emulator for Mac) And is there a specific Shimano cable to use? I think there are a few...the Di2?

I also have Rise H10 and iOS 15.3.1 iOS version1.14.82 of ST Unlocker. Will that work to downgrade the firmware from 4.1.6 to where it needs to be for unlocking? I was just following this post and Im trying to avoid any issues before I start.
