Drive system and range. The Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 brings 120 Nm of torque and 750 W of peak power after the PU2.0 firmware update. The motor weighs 2.8 kg. Trek's RIB 2.0 (Removable Integrated Battery) housing makes the 800 Wh PowerTube genuinely easy to drop out for charging, a standout feature against rivals with side-loading or bonded battery designs. Real-world range on 800 Wh is exceptional: on a Powerfly platform with mid-assist trail use, owners can comfortably target 70 to 100 km per charge.
