A solid all-round descender (65° head angle, 160mm) — capable in the rough and steep without being an all-out bruiser.

Mixed-wheel carbon enduro with quiet, torquey Brose power

The Rotwild R.E750 was the German marque's full carbon enduro flagship, sitting at the heavy-hitting end of its Extensive Series. It ran 170 mm of Fox 38 travel up front and 160 mm at the rear on an MX (29F / 27.5R) wheel package, with a slack 65 degree head angle, 445 mm chainstays across every size and a 130 kg system weight rating, marking it out as a stability-first descender rather than an all-rounder.
Power came from the quiet, compact Brose Drive S Mag delivering up to 90 Nm, paired with Rotwild's removable IPU750 pack rated at 720 Wh despite the 750 badge. The PRO upgraded to a weight-optimised carbon battery housing (3.5 kg versus the CORE's 3.8 kg aluminium unit). Two builds were offered: the CORE at 7,999 EUR on Fox Performance suspension, Magura MT5 brakes and DT Swiss H1900 wheels, and the PRO at 9,499 EUR stepping up to Fox Factory Kashima suspension, Shimano XT brakes and DT Swiss HX1501 wheels. Both shared the same Shimano XT 12-speed transmission, e*thirteen finishing kit and Schwalbe Magic Mary / Hans Dampf rubber, so the premium buys lighter, more tunable suspension and a lighter battery rather than a different bike.
Geometry is on the long and roomy side for the era, running from a 395 mm reach in S to 490 mm in XL with a consistent 73.5 degree effective seat angle, while the short bridgeless rear end keeps the handling lively for a 170/160 mm machine. It is a focused, fast colourway in Burning Red over raw carbon.
The R.E750 is now discontinued, superseded in Rotwild's enduro line by the lighter, Shimano powered R.E735 generation. As a used buy it remains a capable carbon enduro eMTB, though the Brose motor and 720 Wh capacity now trail the latest full-power platforms.
What the numbers mean on the trail
Computed from this bike's geometry, spec and build kit — reach, wheelbase, chainstay, head and seat angles, travel, motor, weight and the fork/tyre/brake spec — and worked out per size, because a fixed chainstay can make an S and an XL feel very different.
A fair bit of pop, but happiest on flowing trail rather than trials moves.
Rear-long with a planted front in L (FC:RC 1.80) — easy to weight the front and quick to turn, though it can feel light at the back at real speed.
Climbs well — a 73.5° seat keeps the front planted. 560W of peak power and 90Nm of torque — a strong full-power motor.
No single standout trait — a balanced, versatile bike.
The numbers are well balanced for its category.
