XTF 1.5 2024
How current the bike is — newer chassis, motor and battery score higher. 10 = brand-new, 0 = legacy.

The Fantic XTF 1.5 was the entry point into the brand's aluminium Trail line, with 150mm of travel front and rear, a Full Floater four-bar rear end and the Fantic Flip Chip that swaps between two geometries to suit 2.2in or 2.4in tyres. It is built around the Brose S-Alu mid-drive (90 Nm) and an integrated 630 Wh Fantic battery, with 29in wheels throughout.
This is the most affordable XTF, sold as a single build at GBP 4,399. The kit is value-led rather than flashy: a RockShox Recon Silver RL fork and Deluxe Select shock, a full SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, SRAM Level 2-piston brakes on 200/180mm rotors and Pirelli Scorpion ProWall tyres. Riders wanting more were pushed up the range to the Sport, Race and Carbon variants, or the lighter XTF 1.6 Carbon models.
Geometry is moderate by current standards: a 66 to 66.5 degree head angle, 73 degree seat angle and reach growing from 407mm (S) to 453mm (L) on a consistent 472mm chainstay. That makes for a manageable, neutral trail bike rather than an aggressive descender, in keeping with Fantic's "most ride-friendly" billing.
The XTF 1.5 is discontinued. Fantic has since moved its Trail e-MTBs to a Yamaha PW-X3 and later Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 platform under the renamed Ridge Trail range, so the Brose-powered XTF 1.5 is now a previous-generation model.
