Giant Stance E+ 2023 - taking rear wheel off

Hi everyone - probably a simple answer but I can't figure it out: got my first puncture today (done only 100 miles) in the back tyre (not yet tubeless). How do I get the back wheel off to repair the puncture? My first new bike for a while, and on previous bikes the hanger is always mounted on the frame. It appears that on the Stance E+ it is mounted inside the frame, and the axle runs through it (maybe?). Concerned that by removing the axle (from which side do I unscrew - both?), the derailleur will come loose and the whole thing will need setting up again.

Apparently it is a boost axle.

I'm sure it's very simple, but don't want to mess anything up.

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
